Assistant Coach @Howard_Moore. He & his family were involved in a car accident this morning where he lost his wife & his daughter. Him and his son are currently fighting for their lives. Coach has been good to me over the years.

Absolutely heartbreaking news regarding Wisconsin assistant Howard Moore and his family. Involved in a car accident late last night that claimed life of his wife and daughter. Awful. Howard suffered non-life threatening injuries and his son suffered minor injuries. So sad.
who was driving the wrong way Moore’s wife, Jennifer, and their daughter were killed. Howard Moore, who is currently an assistant at the University of Wisconsin, suffered third-degree burns but is expected to survive. Moore’s son suffered minor injuries.
You won’t find a better Man than Howard Moore or a sweeter soul than his wife Jennifer. Wonderful kids. I last saw Howard at the Final Four not even 2 months ago. Nothing but smiles & laughs then. Tears now. Always show & share love. You may never get the chance again.
The driver who struck the Moores’ vehicle also died. She is from nearby Ann Arbor, Mich, but has not been identified. Moore, 49, coached at UIC from 2010 through 2015. He played college ball for Wisconsin in the 1990s. A West Side native, Moore led Taft high school to the Public League semifinals in 1990
